Terms of payment

The payment is due to be finished within 7 days from your first purchase. If you would like to put an item(s) on hold, please let us know within 7 days. In that case, we can reserve it for you for a maximum of 14 days from your first purchase.
If payment is not made within 7 days, or if we do not hear from you within 7 days from your first purchase, we will cancel your order without notice. Your understanding is much appreciated.

Shipping timeframe

★Item will be sent out within 4 business days after the payment received. We do our very best to pack everything as securely as possible. Also, we always email you after we send your package.
★If you did not receive your package or it arrives damaged, and did not choose Registered Regular Airmail / EMS / Sea boat, there is nothing we can do for you and we appreciate your understanding of this.

★Customer's satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return or exchange an item(s), please repackage the item(s) in its original package and send it back within 10 days. We accept returns on any UNUSED and UNOPENED item, however we do not refund any shipping charges, unless the error was our mistake.
Once item(s) is received back to us, we will refund the cost of the item(s) only.
